This policy describes how we collect and handle personal information specifically through this website, griffin-cohen.com. Compass, our brokerage, maintains a broader privacy policy that governs all Compass-related services and transactions. Where Compass's policy applies, it takes precedence over this page.
Information you provide. When you fill out a contact form, request a relocation guide, sign up for listing updates, or otherwise reach out to us through this site, you share information such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry.
Listing search activity. Our property search is powered by IDX Broker and ARMLS. If you create a saved search or saved property within those tools, you provide your email and the parameters of the searches you save.
Automatic information. Like most websites, ours collects standard usage data (pages visited, referring site, browser type, approximate location) via our hosting provider, Netlify, and lightweight analytics. We do not use the data to build advertising profiles.
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, send you listing or market updates when you ask for them, and provide the real estate services you've engaged us for. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
When required by our brokerage, MLS, or applicable law (for example, an ARMLS audit or a fair-housing reporting request), we may need to disclose information about your transaction to Compass, ARMLS, or governmental authorities.

You can opt out of listing-update emails or saved-search alerts directly from the email itself, or by replying with the word "unsubscribe."
We use only the minimal cookies needed to operate the site and to power the IDX listing search. We do not run tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
